2、零件清洗及檢測

清洗過程也要經(jīng)過幾道工序才能完成，煤油初洗，超聲波清洗，熱水清洗，壓縮空氣清潔。清潔要求所有零件一塵不染，表面不得有任何油污，油道通暢。零件清洗完畢后，送入裝配工位，按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對所有的零件進(jìn)行再次檢測，確定所有需要維修材料，準(zhǔn)備組裝。

此過程和上一步驟同時進(jìn)行，閥體（滑閥箱）是自動變速箱的核心元件，需要很專注的人員才可以操作此步驟。作為專注維修需要將閥體全部解體，解體后清洗，然后檢查所有滑閥及閥體的磨損根據(jù)實際情況維修。組裝完畢后還要與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)對比嚴(yán)格進(jìn)行壓力測試，只有符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)數(shù)據(jù)范圍內(nèi)的閥體才可以進(jìn)入到組裝工位。
