1： 從外觀上看，重新制造的變速箱經(jīng)過噴砂處理，以保持顏色和變形。翻新后的產(chǎn)品表面可能會(huì)有油漆，很容易掉漆變色。

2： 通過對(duì)齒輪箱拆卸過程的分析，將齒輪箱再制造分解為單個(gè)部件。然而，改造后的變速箱只是部分拆卸，以處理嚴(yán)重?fù)p壞的部件。

2: By analyzing the disassembly process of gearbox, the remanufacturing of gearbox is decomposed into single parts. However, the modified gearbox is only partially disassembled to deal with severely damaged components.

3： 清洗方面，再制造變速箱廠家嚴(yán)格按照內(nèi)含物管理要求，使用清洗工具對(duì)變速箱進(jìn)行清洗。經(jīng)過三個(gè)以上的清洗工藝步驟，清洗后的零件達(dá)到新裝配的要求。但改造后的變速箱要局部清洗，清洗作用相對(duì)較差，夾雜不可控。

3: In terms of cleaning, remanufactured gearbox manufacturers use cleaning tools to clean the gearbox in strict accordance with the content management requirements. 4: Torque converter. A remanufactured gearbox will disassemble and inspect each torque converter, and then replace or repair the internal parts, while a refurbished transmission may not disassemble and repair the torque converter, thus increasing the risk of using the torque converter.
