自動變速器個別擋有換擋沖擊，除了部分車型稍微松一點節(jié)氣門拉鎖即可排除故障，大部分情況下需要分解檢查變速器的控制閥和蓄壓器。做這些修理時，不用拆下變速器，只需拆下變速器油底殼，然后拆下控制閥和蓄壓器活塞，進行檢修即可。全部維修過程只需2h，而且成功率非常高。

Individual gears of automatic transmissions may experience shifting impacts. The automatic transmission in use may experience shifting shock in certain gears, and the common faults are:

一、控制閥中換擋閥發(fā)生輕微卡滯

1、 Slight jamming of the shift valve in the control valve

（1）1-2換擋閥發(fā)生輕微卡滯會造成1擋升2擋時發(fā)生嚴重換擋沖擊。

(1) Slight jamming of the 1-2 shift valve can cause severe shifting shock when shifting from 1st gear to 2nd gear.

（2）2-3換擋閥發(fā)生輕微卡滯會造成2擋升3擋時發(fā)生嚴重的換擋沖擊。

(2) Slight jamming of the 2-3 shift valve can cause severe shifting shock when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear.

（3）3-4換擋閥發(fā)生輕微卡滯會造成3擋升4擋時發(fā)生嚴重的換擋沖擊。

(3) Slight jamming of the 3-4 shift valve can cause severe shifting shock when shifting from 3rd to 4th gear.

二、控制閥中手動擋調(diào)壓閥發(fā)生卡滯會造成掛手動擋時發(fā)生嚴重的換擋沖擊

2、 The jamming of the manual pressure regulating valve in the control valve can cause serious shifting impact when shifting to manual mode

（1）低速擋調(diào)壓閥發(fā)生卡滯會造成手動1擋換發(fā)生嚴重的換擋沖擊。

(1) A stuck low-speed pressure regulating valve can cause severe shifting impact during manual first gear shifting.

（2）第二滑行調(diào)壓閥發(fā)生卡滯會造成手動2擋換發(fā)生嚴重的換擋沖擊。

(2) The jamming of the second sliding pressure regulating valve can cause serious shifting impact during manual second gear shifting.

三、控制閥中蓄壓器調(diào)節(jié)閥發(fā)生卡滯

3、 The regulating valve of the accumulator in the control valve is stuck

變速器在“D”位換擋時，蓄壓器調(diào)節(jié)閥發(fā)生卡滯，蓄壓器的背壓油無法泄入油底殼。

When the transmission shifts in the "D" position, the regulating valve of the accumulator becomes stuck, and the back pressure oil of the accumulator cannot leak into the oil pan.

使蓄壓器在換擋時臨時轉(zhuǎn)移一部分油，防止換擋沖擊功能喪失，會造成蓄壓器負責的擋發(fā)生嚴重的換擋沖擊

Temporarily transferring a portion of oil from the accumulator during gear shifting to prevent loss of shifting shock function, which can cause severe shifting shock in the gear responsible for the accumulator

四、蓄壓器活塞發(fā)生卡滯

4、 The accumulator piston is stuck

蓄壓器活塞發(fā)生卡滯后，換擋時像蓄壓器內(nèi)臨時轉(zhuǎn)移一部分油的任務無法完成，會使該蓄壓器造成所負責擋位的離合器和制動器接合速度過快，導致發(fā)生嚴重的換擋沖擊

The piston of the accumulator is stuck and lagging, and the task of temporarily transferring a portion of oil inside the accumulator cannot be completed during shifting, which can cause the accumulator to engage the clutch and brake of the responsible gear too quickly, resulting in serious shifting impact

上述故障集中在控制閥和蓄壓器內(nèi)，所以，使用中的自動變速器個別擋有換擋沖擊時，維修人員要重點檢查控制閥中的滑閥和蓄壓器內(nèi)的活塞是否發(fā)生卡滯。

The above faults are concentrated in the control valve and accumulator. Therefore, when there is shifting impact in individual gears of the automatic transmission in use, maintenance personnel should focus on checking whether the slide valve in the control valve and the piston in the accumulator are stuck.

用手逐個輕輕地往下按蓄壓器內(nèi)的活塞，檢查有無卡滯，回位是否迅速，如發(fā)現(xiàn)某個蓄壓器內(nèi)的活塞發(fā)生卡滯，全部蓄壓器的活塞都需要拆下清洗。可用100kPa的壓縮空氣將卡滯的活塞頂出，操作時要用手指壓住活塞，以防止活塞快速飛出傷人。

Gently press the pistons inside the accumulator one by one with your hand to check for any jamming and whether they return quickly. If any piston in the accumulator is found to be stuck, all pistons in the accumulator need to be removed and cleaned. Compressed air of 100kPa can be used to push out the stuck piston. During operation, press the piston with your fingers to prevent it from flying out quickly and injuring people.
