1.正常行駛條件下每行駛5000公里對(duì)制動(dòng)蹄片檢查一次，不僅要檢查剩余的厚度，還要檢查蹄片磨損的狀態(tài)，兩邊磨損的程度是否一樣，回位是否自如等，發(fā)現(xiàn)不正常情況必須立即處理。

1. Check the brake shoe every 5,000 kilometers under normal driving conditions, not only to check the remaining thickness, but also to check the wear state of the shoe, both sides of the wear degree is the same, return is comfortable, found that the abnormal situation must be dealt with immediately.

2.制動(dòng)蹄片一般由鐵襯板和摩擦材料兩部分組成，一定不要等摩擦材料部分都磨沒(méi)了才更換蹄片。例如捷達(dá)車(chē)的前制動(dòng)蹄片，新片的厚度為14毫米，而更換的極限厚度是7毫米，其中包括3毫米多的鐵襯板厚度和近4毫米的摩擦材料厚度。一些車(chē)輛帶有制動(dòng)蹄片報(bào)警功能，一旦達(dá)到了磨損極限，儀表會(huì)報(bào)警提示更換蹄片。達(dá)到了使用極限的蹄片必須更換，即使尚能使用一段時(shí)間，也會(huì)降低制動(dòng)的效果，影響行車(chē)的安全。

3.更換時(shí)要換原廠備件提供的剎車(chē)片，只有這樣，才能使剎車(chē)片和剎車(chē)盤(pán)之間的制動(dòng)效果較好，磨損較小。

4.更換制動(dòng)蹄片時(shí)必須使用專用工具將制動(dòng)分泵頂回。不能用其他撬棍硬壓回，這樣易導(dǎo)致制動(dòng)鉗導(dǎo)向螺絲彎曲，使剎車(chē)片卡死。
